2. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

3. Delivery & Turnaround Time

Your completed song will be delivered digitally to the email address you provide at purchase.

Each song includes one minor revision if needed (lyric tweaks or small adjustments).
Major changes (theme/story changes) may incur an additional fee. Requests must be made within 2 working days of delivery.
